The Challenge

An elevator service company was preparing to expand through a national franchise model, but its infrastructure, internal IT structure, security, applications, and support processes were not designed for repeatable nationwide deployment.

New franchise locations had to operate equally well in rural and metropolitan markets while remaining autonomous, secure, consistently supported, and visible to corporate leadership.

What Entice Changed

Entice joined board-level planning, redesigned the internal IT department, and replaced the legacy infrastructure end to end with an architecture built for scalability.

We standardized end-user computing, rebuilt the company’s security model, and cloud-enabled the full technology stack—including IT infrastructure, services, and business applications. Connectivity, wireless, voice, video collaboration, and field-service workflows were standardized as well.

To extend support nationally, we built a partner network providing onsite reach across the lower 48 states. We then converted the complete office implementation process into a documented, repeatable deployment playbook. This allows franchise locations to be launched entirely remotely—whether rural or metropolitan—and fully monitored, diagnosed, and supported from anywhere.

We also implemented a new ERP that gives each franchise operational autonomy while delivering live financial dashboards and consolidated upstream reporting to corporate leadership.

The Outcome

The company gained more than modernized IT. It gained a repeatable franchise operating platform—built once, deployable nationwide, and supported from day one.

Entice helped turn national expansion from a series of one-off projects into a scalable business model.
