The Challenge

The client had a business plan and 130,000 parts sitting across multiple storage facilities. What they did not have yet was the operating foundation: warehouse locations, floor plans, infrastructure, inventory systems, ecommerce, accounting, shipping, and the technology needed to keep it all running.

They also had a hard deadline: reach break-even within 12 months.

What Entice Changed

Entice helped turn the operation from scattered inventory into a working business. We helped identify and secure two warehouse locations across the U.S., supported the office and warehouse floor plan, and designed the technology platform behind the operation.

The infrastructure combined VMware-based cloud systems with resilient on-prem systems, so the business could continue operating through Internet, power, or network disruptions. Entice also helped structure low-rate equipment leasing to preserve cash during the company’s earliest growth stage.

Then we connected the business systems: real-time inventory, barcode scanning, ecommerce ordering with live stock levels, sales tax nexus, accounting, and shipping.

The Outcome

Within 12 months, the company was operational, connected, and ready to scale. What started as 130,000 scattered parts became a functioning multi-state warehouse operation — delivered remotely, on time, and on budget.

Entice did not just install the technology. We helped build the operating engine.
